BeyondCrayons is a growing home childcare business that needed a tech overhaul. We came in and built their entire digital infrastructure from the ground up; website, internal tools, and all.
The team was managing everything manually with no centralized system. Communication was scattered, finances were tracked separately, and there was no way for the team to stay connected in one place.
Build a modern client facing website that reflects the BeyondCrayons brand. Develop Huddle, a custom internal communication platform for the team. Create Merch, a finance management app to track operations. Give the business a solid digital foundation to scale from.
BeyondCrayons went from scattered spreadsheets and group chats to a fully connected digital operation. The team now communicates through Huddle, tracks finances through Merch, and has a professional website to represent their brand.
